This 28" board was for an open house in the beautiful historic downtown of Ocala. It was assembled shortly before the showing, and was dropped off ready-to-eat.

When they're available, I love to include blackberries and specialty goat cheeses, because they pair so well with the prosciutto and rosemary crackers.

Very few leftovers from this one!

18" board made for an open house in the Laurels at Bellechase, Ocala. Improving upon presentation and getting the colors to come together to make an extremely appetizing board.

Cheeses featured here include brie, goat, herb-marinated mozzarella and sriracha gouda.
Goat cheese on the lemon-blueberry biscotti was absolutely delightful.

18" board made for a 2-person date. This was an experimental board; playing with brie stuffed jalapeño poppers and chicharronés covered goat cheese.

Many of my creations take inspiration from Tuscan cuisine, so working with some Latin-American inspired foods was a fun way to branch out.
